Grace Community Health offers comprehensive healthcare services at no cost to eligible patients:

• Medical Exams and Treatment – Care for both chronic and acute conditions
• Basic Health Screenings – Blood pressure checks, glucose monitoring, and other vital assessments
• Chronic Disease Management – Ongoing care for diabetes, hypertension, kidney disease, and other conditions
• Primary Care – Treatment for infections, injuries, and sick visits
• Preventive Care – Health education and disease prevention strategies
• Community Referrals – Connections to additional resources and specialized care
• Women’s Health – Pap Smears, Birth Control, Hormone Replacement Therapy, screenings for Breast Cancer and Sexually Transmitted Infections, and treatment for Sexually Transmitted Infections.
• Smoking Cessation Programs
• Preventative Health Education

Location: Longview Community Ministries, 506 N Second Street, Longview, Texas 75605
Primary Care Clinic: Every Monday
Hours: 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Appointments and walk-ins are welcome.

Newgate Mission

Medical Screening and Visits are available at Newgate Mission on Friday afternoons before, during, and after lunch. Newgate Mission is located at 207 S Mobberly, Longview, Texas 75601. Map

Jesus Burgers

Grace Community Health provides health screenings and visits at Jesus Burgers from 10:00-1 pm on the third Saturday of each month. Jesus Burgers is the parking lot located on West Highway 80 next to the old Imperial Inn. Map

Grace Community Health partners with the local medical community to provide no-cost eye exams, glasses, dental exams, smoking cessation programming, and other specialized events. Please check our calendar for events coming soon.

How to Access Services

Grace Community Health operates through volunteer medical providers and community partnerships. Services are provided free of charge to eligible patients experiencing homelessness or lack of healthcare resources.
